The problem of bad breath is common and sometimes make a person less confident when speaking. But there are some foods that can get rid of it. Here are 7 foods that help to get rid of bad breath:


1. Plain Yogurt
Japanese researchers once said that yogurt can eliminate bad breath as long as the type of plain yogurt. Natural sugars are formed in the yogurt types can eliminate sulfur components trigger bad breath.

2. Seafood
Secret busting bad breath is not on its seafood, but the content of omega-3 in seafood. So the consumption of anything that contains omega 3 could also be eliminating bad breath.

3. Chewing gum
